Warriors is made up of people who never give up, a group of very positive financial consultants who takes every challenge in their stride. A very good incident that we remembered vividly to illustrate the positive attitude that was displayed would be the “Hundred Cases Challenge”. Warriors is tasked by the managers to close 100 cases in a day and while Warriors was discussing a strategy on how to close 100 cases, I can see the fire in their eyes, the determination and conviction to win.
Being managers of Warriors, we felt that the team spirit within them and was down to show our support for the team.
During the SP, we could sense the kind of team spirit within the group and everyone working till the very minute, even to the extent of the possibility of missing the last train, helping everyone who haven’t close a case that day and motivating each other to bring back the 100 cases.
At the end of the day, Warriors brought back 98 cases. Even if they missed the target, we admired them for their attitude, for the hard work that they put in and most importantly, the trust in everyone that they will do their part for the group. To us, Warriors is always a winner in our eyes.
Warriors proudly presenting the cases for 100 cases challenge!
Warriors is not a group that only fights. Warriors is also a group that balances work and play. There are occasions where every member come together to spend time having fun together and I bet that will be the best reward that Warriors look forward to after a month of hard work! These bonding sessions just brought everyone closer together to bring the group to a greater height.
Warriors will continue to be fighters and excel in the career. Once a warrior, always a warrior.
